02 Seasonal Maintenance

Tune-ups that earn their keep — never on a forced contract.

Taking care of your heating and air conditioning equipment matters, but we'll never lock you into an unnecessary service agreement or seasonal maintenance contract. We promise not to sell you anything you don't absolutely need.

When we do a maintenance visit we go through a number of steps and procedures to eliminate as many possibilities of breakdown or inefficiency as possible. The single most valuable thing in a spring tune-up is cleaning the condenser coils — and we'll happily show you how to do that yourself between visits.

Spring

Cooling system inspection, coil cleaning, refrigerant check, filter review.

Fall

Furnace startup, heat exchanger inspection, ignition and safety checks.

As needed

Filter changes, drain line treatment, thermostat calibration — only what your system actually needs.

03 Ductwork

Ductwork repair & installation

Don't waste your warmth or lose your cool. Your home's air ducts — the "V is for ventilation" part of HVAC — are the most important and often the most neglected part of your system. Size, placement, sealing, and insulation make a huge impact on efficiency and comfort.

Inferior ductwork — improperly installed, poorly insulated, leaky, or damaged ducts — can result in higher energy bills, poor air flow, compromised indoor air quality, and a less comfortable home. Besides, there's no sense in siphoning off your conditioned air to the spiders in your attic or basement. We're happy to swing by for a consultation, and we promise not to recommend a low-sodium diet.

Inspect

Pressure tests, visual review, sealing and insulation assessment from attic to crawlspace.

Repair

Seal leaks, replace crushed runs, fix poorly sized take-offs and registers.

Install

New ductwork designed for your home's layout, properly sized and insulated for Nashville's climate.

Optimize

Balance airflow room-by-room so the conditioned air actually ends up where you want it.

04 Indoor Air Quality

Breathe easy. Feel better.

Fight air contamination and pollution with a Nu-Calgon i-Wave air purifier and whole-house media filtration — built into the system you already have. Better air, fewer allergens, less dust on your bookshelves, no plug-in standalone units cluttering your living room.

Nu-Calgon i-Wave

Needlepoint bi-polar ionization installed inside your air handler. Treats every cubic foot that moves through your system.

Whole-house media filtration

Deep-pleated filters capture the fine particulates that one-inch fiberglass filters miss. Change them once or twice a year.

05 HVAC Installation

East Nashville's heating & cooling installation experts

We install Rheem, Mitsubishi, and Honeywell products — saving you on energy costs and improving the efficiency of your home. Every install starts with a careful look at the whole system: load, ductwork, electrical, and where the equipment lives.

Rheem

Full-system gas furnaces, heat pumps, and AC condensers built for the long haul.

Mitsubishi

Ductless mini-splits and multi-zone systems — perfect for additions, bonus rooms, and old houses.

Honeywell

Smart thermostats and controls so the whole system actually responds to how you live.

A note from us: we won't oversize the system to make the sale, and we won't undersize it to win on price. We size to your home. That's it.

06 Equipment Sales

Heating & cooling equipment

Need new equipment without the full install package? We sell the same Rheem, Mitsubishi, and Honeywell equipment we put into our customers' homes — at fair pricing, with guidance on what's actually right for your house.

  • Furnaces, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps
  • Mini-split heads and outdoor units
  • Thermostats, controls, and zoning hardware
07 Attic Insulation

Attic insulation

Half the HVAC battle is keeping conditioned air from leaking out through the roof. We assess and improve attic insulation so your furnace and AC don't have to fight the building envelope just to hold a setpoint.

  • Coverage and depth assessment
  • Top-up and full replacement
  • Pairs naturally with ductwork upgrades
